Our journey begins with indigenous Gir cows grazing on organic, native grasses in Rajasthan, yielding pure A2 milk rich in natural nutrients.

At sunrise, whole curds are slowly churned with wooden Bilona, separating the golden butter in a rhythm unchanged for centuries.

The butter is patiently clarified over slow wood fires in copper vats, developing its signature DaneDar grainy texture and rich aroma.
